We are looking for a Manager in Data Analytics with 7+ years of experience, based in Gurgaon. Typical skills required include processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis, analysing large data sets and delivering insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES will include (but not be limited to):

  • Identifying process improvements and automation possibilities in client-facing projects 
  • Increasing the effectiveness of data collection procedures including the extraction of large volume of data from databases/ websites using API integration and web scraping methods
  • Creating reproducible data science solutions and designing data pipelines
  • Processing, cleansing and verifying large amounts of data for analytical purposes
  • Presenting data in a visually appealing manner by identifying trends and deriving insights   


  • Hands-on experience with Python programming for data analysis and implementing reproducible solutions
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, R Shiny and Plotly 
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
  • Good statistical skills, including distributions, statistical testing and regression used in data science
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, including VBA programming
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Master’s degree in computer science, statistics

We are looking for a Manager with expertise in the area of Consumer and Market Research. The individual should have minimum relevant experience of 7 years overall, with the ability to identify, structure, and lead a variety of consumer and market research assignments for clients. The position is based in Gurgaon.


  • Undertaking the following activities:  
    • Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring  
    • Project planning & execution, data collection & analysis and developing in-depth consumer and market insights to help in strategy-building and decision-making
    • Understanding clients’ specific research requirements, coordinating with key stakeholder’s groups to gather key insights and coming up with solutions
    • Thinking creatively throughout a project to overcome bottlenecks and provide thought-leadership  
  • Key skills which are essential for this position include:
    • Understanding of various sampling techniques (quota sampling, simple random sampling, etc) and various research techniques and models (pricing models, special analysis models, cluster analysis, factor analysis, etc)
    • Designing research questionnaires
    • Briefing and monitoring the field teams for data collection
    • Analysing and interpreting data
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations 
  • Representative projects include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Concept studies
    • Customer satisfaction studies
    • Product test studies
    • Pricing studies
    • Brand health studies
    • Voice of retailer/distributor


  • Master's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in managing at least 3-4 team members and at least 2-3 client engagements
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Highest levels of attention to detail  
  • Ability to work closely with clients, both domestic and international 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
